- Energy bars (unless you’re about to exercise intensely)
- Protein bars (unless under 10grams of sugar)
- Processed meats (bologna, hotdogs etc)
- Sports drinks (unless you’re about to exercise intensely in the heat)
- Most fast food
- Sugary coffee drinks
- Artificial sweeteners (splenda, sweet N low, equal)
