  • Protein bars (unless under 10grams of sugar)
  • Processed meats  (bologna, hotdogs etc)
  • Sports drinks (unless you’re about to exercise intensely in the heat)
  • Most fast food
  • Sugary coffee drinks
  • Artificial sweeteners (splenda, sweet N low, equal)
