All-Time Fitness Moves. Below is a list of my favorite exercises. I incorporate at least one of these moves in every workout because they’re easy to change up and keep your body guessing.   • Leg press giant sets (choose 3-4 different foot positions)
  • Single leg dead lifts on the Smith Machine
  • Seated shoulder press with dumbbells
  • Cable arm curls with straight bar
  • Push-ups
  • Reverse crunches
  • Planks
  • Barbell power cleans
  • Barbell skullcrushers
  • Pull-ups/ chin ups
