I Started Personal training in 2005 and knew that it would be my career.. so I started self educating and applying everything I was learning to myself as well as clients until I eventually started competing in bodybuilding in 2010. After a few more years of studying and acquiring a Sports Nutrition certification.. I started Coaching others in Competition Prep in 2013! Since then I’ve Coached over #120 top 5 placings in Competitions including Bikini, Physique, Figure, and Bodybuilding. I continue to build more and more clientele to Team “No Mercy” each year! Currently I offer Online Coaching for Health and wellness, weight loss, strength training, and Competition Prep!

I opened my store, “The Supplement Shop”, in November of 2016 to give a new experience for anyone who uses vitamins or supplements ! A place where you are guaranteed the quality of the products you are buying is of the best available! A place where you could talk to someone with knowledge and experience with all of our products.. and not have to worry about being sold a product that is not right for you!

Q & A

-a.k.a the advice

Q – Top 3 important keys to getting fit and staying fit?

1-

Diet/Nutrition – Everything health and fitness related revolves around this, always my #1 in any goal whether that is weight loss or strength training or even sports training: always start here! Make sure your body has the correct nutrients and fuel to take on the task you are seeking.

2-

Consistency- When it comes to making a big change in your physique… it requires a big change in your routine.. and it doesn’t happen over night! Be Consistent!

3-

Exercise Daily- Even once you reach your goals you must continue working to keep those goals. Spend at least 30 mins per day doing some form of exercise or training that will benefit your goals even if it is just low intensity cardio.. or stretching!

Q – Top 3 differences in clients who reach goals versus those who fall short?

1-

Priorities and Sacrifice. – This is a broad spectrum but it runs together. Basically, the choices you make constantly throughout each day where you sacrifice and prioritize what you want now versus what you want long term… do you want that slice of pizza more than you want the fat loss at the end of the week checkins? Do you want to sleep in, or get up and get that cardio session in to be one step closer to your goals??

2-

Learning Balance – Learning that you can not be 100% every single day forever… and being ok with that! Remembering that 80% still brings results.. and not completely throwing it out the window and giving 0%… on those 80% days!

3-

Learning Your Body- Health and fitness is a lifestyle that is life long. You must learn as you go and apply that knowledge so that when you can’t be on plan, you have the knowledge and understanding of your body to be able to apply what you have learned to keep yourself on track and still balanced!
